60,000 visitors to the Generator!
Sometime later today or early tomorrow will see the 60,000th visitor to the Q3 Config Generator since it's inception in August 2001.
Doesn't sound like an awful lot in that timespan, but I'm quietly proud that this simple tool I created nearly 7 years ago while trying to learn some basics of PHP coding has since helped that many Q3 gamers. It has links in the official Urban Terror online manual, the new Quake Live beta forums, and if you Google for "Quake 3 config" it's the #1 result in all of Google!  At least I managed to do something useful in my 12 years online  |

And I'm happy to say that since the original post, there have been another 10,000 visitors!
So that's 70,000 visitors now. And it's getting higher numbers each day, mostly I'm sure due to Quake Live. |

Hi Sar... I'm an Italian UrbanTerror player interested in your config generator... is very nice and very usefull!!! But Urt is now quite different than Q3 so the config file is not totally compatible :-(...
My clan wants to try to create a UrT specific cfg generator!!! So I want to ask you if it's possible to start from your config.php and modify it for Urban Terror... may we have it ? If we will be successful in doing this webpage we will put there lot of thanks for your work  Plz reply me ---- Andpra www.clanrip.it |
