Or, APB for short
So this weekend saw me finally get my first flying mount in WoW. It’s on my Death Knight natch, as she’s currently 61, whereas I’ve just got my Mage to 58, and into Outland beginning the Hellfire Peninsula starting quests.
I’m glad as hell I’ve finally got her (my mage) there, as while I was doing the same quest chains with my DK, with the rewards on offer I couldn’t help from thinking half the time “God that ring/staff/cloak (etc) would boost my mages stats so much”. With the first quest in HP, I got a staff as a reward which finally replaced the staff I’ve had since my mage was level 32. That’s a long long time to have 1 staff. So another 2 levels for her and that’ll see her get a flying mount as well. Which shouldn’t be too long, as the step up in XP and quest rewards from Old World Azeroth to Outland is substantial.
In other news I got into another beta test!
This time, it’s the new game from the creators of the brilliant Crackdown – APB. I haven’t got playing it yet, as the test servers are only up (at this early beta stage) several days a week.
So plenty to keep me occupied over the next few weeks!
You’re caning it a bit on WoW. Be careful you might get like me, overloaded. I dont play now. Got my DK to 80 and got bored. Might get the expansion when it comes out for the content but I just dont have the time to play it seriously.
Nah, it looks as though I’ll be at WoW for the long haul. Bit the bullet and am paying for a 6 month sub at the end of the month, as I don’t see myself quitting it before April next year
I have been caning it through the levels a fair bit over the past fortnight or so, but that’s more to catch up with where I should be anyway, after all my faffing about earning moolah in the AH!
